Own the full sales cycle for SMB customers, including prospecting, lead qualification, product demonstrations, consultative selling, pipeline and CRM management, contract negotiation, closing, and relationship development. Partner with internal teams on onboarding and customer success while identifying retention and upsell opportunities. Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to achieve sales targets.

Drive new and expansion enterprise sales for Tempo's Atlassian-integrated products. Qualify opportunities, build pipeline, partner with solutions partners and pre-sales, negotiate contracts, manage accounts in Salesforce, and expand product adoption across large customers while supporting pricing, go-to-market, and customer success.

Drive enterprise new-logo and expansion sales across EMEA, managing qualification, evaluation, negotiation, closing, forecasting, and account care. Build executive relationships, develop strategic account plans, partner with solution providers and systems integrators, and collaborate with pre-sales and sales engineering teams. Maintain accurate Salesforce records, identify expansion opportunities, guide enterprise customers through product adoption, and help develop pricing and engagement models for large deployments.

Full‑stack software development for Tempo flagship products: implement frontend and backend features, write tests, review code, design APIs, optimize performance and scalability, work with product, design, QA, and docs teams, and operate in a remote, collaborative environment using cloud and Kubernetes.

Develop server-side applications using Kotlin and Java, collaborate with teams to enhance Atlassian plugins, and ensure code quality through testing and reviews.

Design, implement, and maintain stable, highly available infrastructure. Build and support CI/CD pipelines, deploy enterprise projects on AWS, automate build/release and monitoring, troubleshoot performance, participate in on-call rotation, and ensure security and compliance while collaborating across teams.

Develop and maintain server-side components for Tempo's flagship Jira Cloud products using Kotlin/Java. Design scalable distributed systems and APIs, write unit/integration/performance tests, optimize performance and database queries, collaborate with product, design, QA and docs teams, and contribute to code reviews with a focus on security, UX, and maintainability.
