Drive new and expansion enterprise sales for Tempo's Atlassian-integrated products. Qualify opportunities, build pipeline, partner with solutions partners and pre-sales, negotiate contracts, manage accounts in Salesforce, and expand product adoption across large customers while supporting pricing, go-to-market, and customer success.

Design, implement, and maintain stable, highly available infrastructure. Build and support CI/CD pipelines, deploy enterprise projects on AWS, automate build/release and monitoring, troubleshoot performance, participate in on-call rotation, and ensure security and compliance while collaborating across teams.

Develop and maintain server-side components for Tempo's flagship Jira Cloud products using Kotlin/Java. Design scalable distributed systems and APIs, write unit/integration/performance tests, optimize performance and database queries, collaborate with product, design, QA and docs teams, and contribute to code reviews with a focus on security, UX, and maintainability.

The Account Executive is responsible for managing the sales cycle, engaging clients, conducting demos, and maintaining relationships to drive revenue growth.

Develop server-side applications using Kotlin and Java, collaborate with teams to enhance Atlassian plugins, and ensure code quality through testing and reviews.

Full‑stack software development for Tempo flagship products: implement frontend and backend features, write tests, review code, design APIs, optimize performance and scalability, work with product, design, QA, and docs teams, and operate in a remote, collaborative environment using cloud and Kubernetes.
