Own the end-to-end design, reliability, resilience, and recovery of production data ingestion systems and pipelines. Build batch and streaming ETL/ELT workflows, establish data quality checks and SLAs, improve monitoring and alerting, resolve platform issues, reduce technical debt, and optimize performance and cost. Collaborate with stakeholders, AI teams, and international expansion initiatives while supporting time-series, textual, and event-stream data workloads.

Design and build full-stack features and serverless back-end systems for customer- and broker-facing products, billing/payments, and internal platforms. Improve developer tooling, CI/CD, and shared services. Collaborate cross-functionally, write well-tested code, conduct reviews, and shape architecture for scalable, reliable, user-focused solutions.

Supports the CEO and CCO with inbox and calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, ad-hoc requests, and executive administration. Builds repeatable processes, templates, and AI automations to improve administrative efficiency. Manages Battersea office operations, including invoices and organization, and coordinates team socials. Requires discretion, calm prioritization, strong process orientation, and experience supporting multiple C-suite executives.
