Own multi-country payroll and core People Operations across onboarding, employee changes, documentation, leave, mobility, EOR and offboarding. Serve as the primary contact for employee and manager queries, maintain accurate People data, and improve the People technology stack. Build automations and AI-enabled workflows using tools such as Rippling, Notion, Linear, Slack, Ashby, n8n and Google Workspace while partnering across Finance, Legal, Talent and Performance.

Build and operate backend pricing systems for real energy contracts. Responsibilities include designing the Pricing API, consolidating pricing logic, improving quote speed, implementing error handling and observability, creating alerting, explaining pricing failures, and supporting live incidents. The role requires production Python backend experience, FastAPI, SQL, data-heavy systems, end-to-end project ownership, and AI-assisted development workflows.

Lead development and ownership of a high-scale Pricing API for energy transactions. Build backend services, extract pricing logic into a dedicated system, improve performance, and ensure reliability, correctness, monitoring, alerting, and explainability. Establish technical direction across teams, guide engineering standards, lead migration efforts, resolve live pricing incidents, and develop agent-driven workflows. The role requires strong Python, FastAPI, SQL, data-heavy systems, API design, and product judgment.
