Design, deploy, and operate highly available database infrastructure across multi-cloud, virtualized, and Kubernetes environments. Migrate database services from virtual machines to Kubernetes, support disaster recovery and backup strategies, tune performance, and implement observability, logging, and alerting. Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve infrastructure challenges and automate workflows using scripting and infrastructure orchestration tools.

Owns an assigned portfolio of established EMEA customers and drives expansion revenue through cross-selling, upselling, geographic growth, and new stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities include prospecting within accounts, managing discovery and negotiations, closing expansion deals, maintaining Salesforce forecasts, building strategic customer relationships, and collaborating with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, and Hunter AEs. The role sells Telnyx communications, connectivity, Voice AI, messaging, and AI infrastructure products.

Own go-to-market for Telnyx’s AI Compute portfolio, including inference, embeddings, AI Gateway, Decision Models, and dedicated GPU infrastructure. Responsibilities include product positioning, launches, benchmarking, inference economics, competitive campaigns, lifecycle activation, demand-generation programs, sales enablement, analyst relations, and customer storytelling. The role partners closely with product, engineering, sales, and demand generation while improving marketing workflows through autonomous agents and automation.
