The Dynamics 365 Finance Support Consultant will provide end-to-end support for customer issues, resolve problems, implement changes, and enhance the functionality of Dynamics 365 Finance while ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Design technical solutions centered on Dynamics 365 Finance, lead architecture and integration efforts, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success.

Design and deliver AI, data science, and advanced analytics solutions on Microsoft Azure. Lead projects from discovery through production, run consultative workshops, manage stakeholders, support presales, mentor colleagues, and contribute to internal and external AI communities. Emphasis on LLMs, Databricks, MLOps, responsible AI, and Azure data services. Client-facing role with occasional travel.
