Manage and grow an established portfolio of enterprise technology accounts. Responsibilities include meeting sales and profit targets, building customer and vendor relationships, identifying cross-selling opportunities, managing deals through completion, preparing proposals and margin models, delivering presentations, maintaining Salesforce data, and coordinating with purchasing, finance, PMO, and delivery teams.

Provides fully on-site, customer-facing IT support for meeting-room AV, Wi-Fi infrastructure, network ports, access switches, printers, booking tablets, and digital signage. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, equipment monitoring, network installation support, ticket triage, vendor coordination, documentation, incident escalation, and SLA adherence. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, ITIL knowledge, customer service experience, and successful BPSS and SC security vetting.
