Lead technical strategy and enterprise architecture for large Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management transformations. Define standards, ensure governance, provide design assurance, mentor architects, support presales and sales, and drive automation using Power Platform, Azure, and AI capabilities while ensuring security and regulatory compliance.

Design, build and maintain ingestion pipelines and Databricks transformations; implement metadata-driven engineering, CI/CD, data testing and observability; evolve semantic models for reporting; lead and mentor a small engineering team and engage stakeholders to translate business needs into production-grade data products.

Provide People and L&D administrative support: first-point-of-contact for queries, maintain JML and employee records, coordinate onboarding and training, manage LMS and L&D logistics, produce reports, support benefits administration, and improve processes across People Operations and Learning & Development.
