Leads onshore pipeline studies and projects from feasibility and route selection through concept development and FEED. Manages multidisciplinary teams, budgets, schedules, technical risks, quality, client interfaces, proposals, and commercial performance. Responsibilities also include business development, pipeline engineering governance, project staffing, forecasting, and digitalization through GIS integration. Projects may cover hydrocarbon, hydrogen, and CO₂ transportation, integrity management, asset life extension, installation, geotechnical, geohazard, crossing, and landfall studies.

Coordinates indirect procurement activities, including issuing and tracking purchase orders, obtaining and negotiating quotes, preparing commercial bid tabulations, supporting vendor negotiations, expediting orders, and coordinating invoice follow-up. Provides administrative support while ensuring purchasing activities are completed accurately, on time, and within budget. Requires strong organization, communication, relationship-building, time management, and Microsoft Office skills.

Develops Autodesk Inventor and Vault models for subsea structures and pipelines, producing project drawing deliverables to company standards while meeting deadlines and quality requirements. The role involves collaborating proactively with discipline engineers and project managers to resolve drawing-development issues. Experience in oil and gas, energy transition, GIS software, and manifold design is advantageous. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
