Provide HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle for UK, Norway and Kazakhstan. Maintain HRIS and employee records, handle enquiries, support payroll and contractor setup, process invoices, assist HRIS testing/troubleshooting, and identify process improvements and knowledge articles to enhance self-service.

Provide expert subsea pipeline engineering across pre-FEED, FEED, detailed design, operations and decommissioning. Perform design, analysis, calculations, checks, and deliverables for pipelines, risers and tie-in spools; contribute to technology development, bids, and represent the team in meetings while liaising with global engineering centres.

Lead and perform CFD simulations (primarily using CFX) for upstream oil & gas projects, produce technical notes and reports, present findings to clients, manage discipline personnel, ensure QA and design basis compliance, assist proposals and business development, and provide operational support and travel as required.
