Leads technical and commercial evaluation of gas and LNG investments, including acquisitions, farm-ins, infrastructure access, and project sanctioning. Oversees non-operated asset governance, operator performance, budgets, production forecasts, capital projects, HSE, ESG, and risk assurance. Represents the investor in joint ventures and strategic forums while identifying value creation, cost reduction, emissions reduction, and asset-life-extension opportunities across the investment lifecycle.

Leads strategic advisory engagements focused on digital transformation, AI, analytics, and energy transition. Responsibilities include managing multidisciplinary teams, identifying AI and digital use cases, overseeing analytics workstreams, developing client relationships, preparing proposals, supporting business development, delivering thought leadership, managing project profitability, and coaching consultants and analysts. The role also shapes digital and AI advisory offerings across energy asset lifecycles.

Provides Operations Readiness and Assurance leadership across energy projects from pre-FEED through commissioning, startup, handover, and stable operations. Develops readiness criteria, operability and maintenance strategies, operational budgets, assurance processes, risk registers, and commissioning plans. Leads readiness reviews, operational acceptance, multidisciplinary coordination, and regulatory compliance activities across engineering, operations, maintenance, commissioning, contractors, and clients. Requires extensive experience in major capital projects or industrial facilities, with flexibility for UK and international travel.

Design and deliver subsea production systems across concept, FEED, execution, installation, commissioning, operations support, and system integrity phases. Responsibilities include subsea architecture, equipment definition, specialist studies, package management, technical interfaces, vendor coordination, FAT and SIT oversight, technical reporting, risk assessments, and client engagement for oil and gas and CCUS projects.

Leads UK communications and public affairs strategy, including internal and external communications, media relations, crisis communications, brand consistency, executive counsel, employee engagement, stakeholder and government relations, policy advocacy, and political monitoring. Manages communications budgets, agencies, campaigns, digital channels, events, and a professional team while aligning UK activities with global corporate priorities and supporting the company’s energy-transition business objectives.

Provide expert subsea pipeline engineering across pre-FEED, FEED, detailed design, operations and decommissioning. Perform design, analysis, calculations, checks, and deliverables for pipelines, risers and tie-in spools; contribute to technology development, bids, and represent the team in meetings while liaising with global engineering centres.

Contract design review opportunities for experienced engineers and specialists supporting major 500MW+ CCGT power-generation projects. Disciplines include mechanical, electrical, civil and structural, control and instrumentation, telecoms, environmental, HSE, construction, commissioning, piping and layout, materials, social performance, and loss prevention/fire safety.
