Teams at Team Cymru

Lead customer-facing pre-sales and post-sales threat intelligence engagements across the UK and EMEA. Conduct discovery, risk prioritization, solution design, presentations, business-case development, and Proof of Value engagements. Advise security leaders on threat detection, hunting, mitigation, and operationalizing intelligence. Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering while gathering customer feedback and driving measurable adoption and outcomes.

Own the technical post-sales customer journey for EMEA customers using Team Cymru’s threat intelligence platform. Lead onboarding, adoption, integrations, workflow design, enablement, success planning, and value realization. Advise customers on CTI operationalization across security tools and processes, troubleshoot technical blockers, monitor account health, and collaborate with sales, customer success, product, and engineering teams. The role requires cybersecurity, threat intelligence, security operations, customer-facing technical, and integration experience, with regular EMEA travel.
