Supports strategic enterprise and agency accounts by coordinating digital campaign setup, monitoring delivery, troubleshooting pacing and creative issues, maintaining operational data accuracy, compiling performance reports, and preparing client-facing PowerPoint and Excel materials. The role also provides administrative client support and coordinates campaign handoffs across Demand Operations, Sales, Product, and Client Services.

Provide employment law advice across EMEA with a focus on French labor relations and CSE governance. Lead investigations, manage litigation and terminations, standardize contracts and policies, and support legal implementation and governance of AI and HR technology. Partner with HR and external counsel, monitor cross-jurisdictional developments, and travel regularly within EMEA.

Lead strategic relationships with agency and brand clients, drive account growth through upsells/renewals, oversee campaign execution and optimization, provide data-driven recommendations, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor junior team members to maximize retention and ROI.
