Provides senior leadership across tax, international finance, and travel operations for a global nonprofit. Oversees international tax strategy, statutory compliance, financial controls, regional finance activity, audits, risk management, travel suppliers, and process improvement. Leads teams through finance transformation, strengthens governance and reporting, improves systems and data quality, and advises senior stakeholders on cross-border tax and finance risks.

The Finance Manager oversees management accounting, balance sheet reconciliations, financial controls, accounts payable support, budgeting, forecasting, and cash requirements. The role prepares UK VAT and other tax information, supports consolidated and statutory financial reporting, manages audit activities, and assists with intercompany, transfer pricing, and accounting standards compliance. It also develops finance processes, documentation, controls, and technology improvements across a global organization.

Develop and lead media and communications strategies for policy work, secure high-profile press and broadcast coverage, build journalist relationships, identify compelling stories, and amplify messages across social and other channels. Advise senior policy leaders, coordinate with content and marketing teams, develop message calendars, and use analytics and reporting to evaluate communications effectiveness and influence public policy debates.
