Develop and lead media and communications strategies for policy work, secure high-profile press and broadcast coverage, build journalist relationships, identify compelling stories, and amplify messages across social and other channels. Advise senior policy leaders, coordinate with content and marketing teams, develop message calendars, and use analytics and reporting to evaluate communications effectiveness and influence public policy debates.

Develop and lead policy projects on AI governance, assurance ecosystems, frontier open-source AI, and international coordination. Produce clear policy papers, briefings, and recommendations for senior policymakers; advise leaders and government teams; represent the organization externally; build stakeholder relationships; track global AI developments; and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams. The role requires strong AI technical fluency, policy judgment, research, writing, communication, and project-management skills.

Lead research and policy analysis on geoeconomics, digital assets, stablecoins, tokenisation, CBDCs, and sovereign digital financial infrastructure. Advise political leaders, governments, regulators, and international organisations; produce policy papers, briefings, and commentary; represent the Institute at global forums; build stakeholder relationships; convene expert groups; and mentor junior colleagues.
