The Tasker Success Manager will onboard Taskers, enhance their experience, and improve metrics like revenue and retention through data analysis and personalized support.

Serve as a strategic HR business partner for European and Support teams, advising leaders on performance, employee relations, compliance, and talent development. Lead end-to-end people programs, analyze regional trends to improve retention, manage complex ER cases with EOR vendors, and provide day-to-day HR support across channels while driving change management and culture initiatives.
