Front-line brand ambassador delivering personalized luxury retail service and achieving individual and store sales goals. Uses mobile POS, clienteling tools and social platforms to drive sales, supports daily store operations (inventory, visual merchandising, transactions, pickups), sources and follows up with customers, maintains store standards, and participates in training and brand initiatives.

Support store leadership by supervising sales floor operations, coaching and developing staff, driving personal and team sales/KPIs, ensuring excellent client service and omni-channel selling, managing cash/POS and inventory procedures, and maintaining operational and compliance standards.

Represent Tapestry brands within John Lewis by delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales through clienteling and activations, executing visual merchandising, monitoring store performance, managing stock and deliveries, and building relationships with store teams and regional brand leads.
