Owns UK and Ireland healthcare bids from opportunity qualification through submission and post-bid review. Responsibilities include bid/no-bid decisions, planning, drafting, compliance checks, stakeholder coordination, evaluator-focused writing, tender tracking, bid-library management, social-value commitments, and process improvement using AI tools. The role requires strong writing, project management, commercial judgment, public procurement knowledge, and collaboration with clinical, technical, security, finance, and commercial stakeholders.

Lead technical integration initiatives connecting Tandem’s healthcare platform with external healthcare systems across Europe. Coordinate engineering, partnerships, sales, and external stakeholders; translate technical requirements into plans; assess APIs, data flows, and system constraints; manage dependencies, risks, and multiple workstreams; establish scalable integration processes; and support customers with technical questions.

Own the full-cycle B2B sales process across the UK private healthcare market, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation, closing, and customer handover. Build pipeline through outbound, inbound, referrals, partnerships, and events; manage quota, CRM, forecasting, demos, and commercial conversations. Develop relationships with healthcare decision-makers and collaborate with Delivery, Medical Operations, Marketing, Product, and Leadership to improve market positioning and customer outcomes.
