Leads Tandem’s Compliance function on a fixed-term assignment, providing second-line oversight of the Motor Finance Redress Programme, regulatory advice, compliance monitoring, governance, assurance, and Consumer Duty implementation. The role advises senior stakeholders, supports FCA engagement, manages regulatory change, oversees remediation, identifies conduct risks, and develops a high-performing compliance team within a UK regulated financial services environment.

Manage customer accounts in mortgage and loan arrears, providing inbound and outbound support to customers experiencing financial difficulty. Assess income and expenditure, negotiate repayment and forbearance options, identify vulnerable customers, handle complaints, issue regulatory correspondence, and maintain compliance with FCA, CCA, GDPR, and company requirements. The role also involves supporting fair customer outcomes, meeting service levels, maintaining competence, and contributing to process improvements.
