Manage international and global benefits operations across multiple countries, including plan administration, Workday configurations, integrations, reporting, compliance, vendor and broker relationships, renewals, communications, testing, and process improvements. Lead benefits projects, acquisitions support, stakeholder coordination, and a team of three while ensuring effective service delivery and regulatory compliance.

Lead the implementation and governance of ServiceNow ITOM, CMDB, and CSDM strategies. Configure Discovery, Service Mapping, MID servers, integrations, and automation while maintaining data quality and CMDB health. Partner with technical and business stakeholders to establish standards and scalable workflows. Identify opportunities to apply generative AI and agentic workflows to alert analysis, remediation, and anomaly detection across IT operations.

Manage workplace investigations, employee relations cases, occupational health and workplace support processes across EMEA and other regions. Advise managers and HR partners on performance, disciplinary matters, policy application, workplace adjustments, and return-to-work processes. Develop policies, guidance, training, and manager resources; maintain confidential case records; coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and People Operations; prepare reports and analyze employee relations trends.
