Teams at Tailscale

Build and lead Tailscale's EMEA sales organization: define regional strategy, hire and coach sales teams, drive enterprise and partner-led growth, own pipeline/forecasting, and personally lead strategic opportunities and executive relationships across the region.

Develop and maintain Tailscale’s control plane, relay infrastructure, identity integrations, open-source client code, and backend services. Design, test, document, and operate scalable software, emphasizing observability, security, incident response, customer escalations, and system stability. Collaborate asynchronously with engineers, product managers, and designers while contributing to product strategy and the full product lifecycle.

Provide Tier 1 technical support for configuration and networking issues, manage a high-volume ticket queue, meet response and resolution targets, and maintain strong customer satisfaction. Troubleshoot across multiple operating systems, explain technical concepts clearly, and collaborate with customer experience, product, and engineering teams to resolve recurring user friction and improve the product experience.
