Teams at Tailscale

Build and lead Tailscale's EMEA sales organization: define regional strategy, hire and coach sales teams, drive enterprise and partner-led growth, own pipeline/forecasting, and personally lead strategic opportunities and executive relationships across the region.

Provide Tier 1 technical support for configuration and networking issues, manage a high-volume ticket queue, meet response and resolution targets, and maintain strong customer satisfaction. Troubleshoot across multiple operating systems, explain technical concepts clearly, and collaborate with customer experience, product, and engineering teams to resolve recurring user friction and improve the product experience.

Build and maintain internal shared engineering services: improve observability, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code; operate cloud-managed services and VMs; collaborate cross-functionally, own projects end-to-end, participate in incident response, and improve system scalability and stability.
