Supports daily P&L, NAV, valuation, reconciliation, fund performance reporting, month-end close, audited financial statements, regulatory reporting, fund launches, and process improvements. The role requires strong analytical ability, attention to detail, advanced Excel skills, financial services experience, and progress toward or completion of a professional accounting qualification.

Leads the fund accounting function, overseeing NAV production, daily P&Ls, valuation governance, regulatory reporting, audited financial statements, outsourced providers, fund rebalancing, FX hedging, and management information. Manages and develops the team, supports governance bodies, maintains strong controls, and drives finance process improvements. Requires deep asset management fund accounting expertise, ACA qualification, at least five years of post-qualification experience, degree-level education, and robust people management skills.

Design, build, automate and operate a hybrid production platform across AWS and on-premises. Own and evolve HashiCorp stack (Nomad, Consul, Vault), implement IaC with Terraform, use Ansible for deployments, build automation and self-service tooling, support CI/CD, and improve platform reliability, security and observability while partnering with engineering, research and security teams.
