Leads end-to-end testing for Avaloq banking transformation, implementation, upgrade, and change programmes. Owns test strategy, planning, governance, environments, execution, defect management, reporting, and quality gates across system, integration, regression, UAT, and production verification. The role coordinates client, vendor, and multidisciplinary teams, advises senior stakeholders, improves automation and test-data practices, coaches colleagues, and contributes to Synpulse’s Avaloq testing capability and consulting pursuits.

Lead analysis and delivery support for insurance transformation programs across the London Market. Assess operating models, processes, governance, and technology; facilitate workshops; gather requirements; and develop actionable solutions. Support delegated authority, coverholder, binder, bordereaux, underwriting, workflow, data, automation, and AI initiatives. Contribute to market research, thought leadership, and proposition development while bridging business and technology stakeholders.
