Lead R&D information and intelligence strategy, build end-to-end pipelines for unstructured scientific content ingestion and knowledge extraction using NLP/LLMs, manage vendor tools, set governance for information quality and lineage, and lead cross-functional agile teams to deliver knowledge-mining use cases.

Lead metabolomics data processing and analysis for multiple R&D projects using LC-MS datasets. Develop pipelines (KNIME/R/Python), apply multivariate statistics, ML/AI and visualization, interpret biological results, optimise data handling and represent metabolomics capabilities internally and externally. Act as subject-matter expert for multi-omics integration and digital infrastructure initiatives.

Own product lifecycle for digital R&D solutions (AI, agritech, LIMS) including vision, roadmaps, prioritized backlogs, cross-functional leadership, Agile delivery, value measurement (OKRs/KPIs), vendor management, and adoption.
