Support EU regulatory toxicology for crop protection products: manage toxicology data and projects, prepare and review regulatory submission sections, liaise with risk assessment teams and authorities (EFSA, ECHA), and contribute to strategy, training, and industry working groups to ensure safety and compliance.

Lead Product Safety Europe’s digital strategy and IUCLID governance. Manage a specialist team to deliver IUCLID dossiers, data quality, automation and digital transformation initiatives. Lead the design and delivery of self-driving lab and digital automation capabilities, integrating OT/IT, AI agent orchestration, instruments, and data pipelines. Collaborate with scientists to identify autonomous workflows, run PoCs, own technical decisions for global initiatives, and build local capability in agent-augmented automation and prompt engineering.

Work four days per week in laboratory teams across Product Technology & Engineering, conducting experiments, generating, analysing and interpreting data, solving problems and reporting findings while studying one day per week toward a BSc in Applied Chemical Science.

Lead R&D information and intelligence strategy, build end-to-end pipelines for unstructured scientific content ingestion and knowledge extraction using NLP/LLMs, manage vendor tools, set governance for information quality and lineage, and lead cross-functional agile teams to deliver knowledge-mining use cases.

Lead metabolomics data processing and analysis for multiple R&D projects using LC-MS datasets. Develop pipelines (KNIME/R/Python), apply multivariate statistics, ML/AI and visualization, interpret biological results, optimise data handling and represent metabolomics capabilities internally and externally. Act as subject-matter expert for multi-omics integration and digital infrastructure initiatives.

Lead the Data Mesh transformation on Databricks, owning the Data Platforms product end-to-end. Drive product discovery, delivery, stakeholder engagement, change management, user experiments, and data-driven improvements to enable self-service data publishing and consumption across global teams.

Analyze historical biological and field-trial data to uncover patterns affecting product performance, build and validate ML/deep learning models for crop protection outcomes, support R&D decision-making, design field trials with technical managers, integrate models with IT/software, and communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Develop and validate HPLC and LC-MS/MS residue analytical methods for diverse crop and environmental matrices, manage method development with CROs, provide technical support to stakeholders, troubleshoot analytical problems, and ensure regulatory guidance is met to support residue field trials and product registration.
