Prepares financial reports, budgets, forecasts, utilization analyses, revenue backlog reports, profitability insights, and ad hoc analyses for management. Reviews clinical trial and subject data to build forecasts, identifies data inconsistencies, and supports accurate, timely financial reporting. Requires collaboration with Finance and business stakeholders, strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

The role involves overseeing clinical trials, creating project plans, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with regulations, and developing recruitment strategies.

Analyzes RFPs, assigns subject matter experts, prepares proposal text, budgets, and cover letters, and manages proposals through delivery. Coordinates with contracts, finance, operations, and third parties; updates proposal systems; supports project hand-offs and initiation; and presents budgets in requested formats. The role requires strong organization, analytical ability, communication, attention to detail, Microsoft Office proficiency, and familiarity with clinical development or drug development processes.
