Supports the Customer Success team with client engagement, customer onboarding, account monitoring, feedback collection, churn reduction, and customer success materials. The intern will shadow onboarding activities, identify opportunities to provide value, address customer concerns, and gain experience in relationship management and customer-centric strategies.

Hunt and close new enterprise logos across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland for Symphony's messaging solutions. Run full sales cycles in German, articulate security and compliance value propositions, expand under-penetrated accounts, maintain CRM pipeline, and forecast monthly and quarterly revenue targets while engaging C-suite and technical stakeholders.
