Own day-to-day marketing operations, including calendars, pipelines, campaign coordination, partner communications, and quality assurance. Create and coordinate social content, support co-marketing initiatives, and manage occasional international events. Help launch future channels such as podcasts and newsletters while maintaining brand consistency. The role requires crypto familiarity, institutional audience awareness, strong organization, proactive execution, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Lead product design across teams, craft end-to-end user journeys that make on‑chain complexity legible, surface risk/exposure/returns, run user research, produce concrete feature scopes, and partner tightly with engineering to design within protocol constraints.

Build and maintain responsive, accessible React frontends from Figma designs; create reusable components and Storybook docs; implement client and server state management; integrate wallet and blockchain interactions; write unit, integration, and E2E tests; monitor and debug production with Sentry; participate in architecture, estimation, code review, and CI/CD workflows.
