As a Forward Deployed Recruiter, you will work closely with founders and leaders in high-stakes hiring environments, using AI tools to identify and hire world-class talent. You will build effective hiring foundations and navigate ambiguous environments to support the growth of organizations.

The role involves building recruiting processes for AI companies, ensuring hands-on participation in sourcing and hiring, and collaborating closely with founders to shape the company's talent strategy.

Embed with hardware-focused clients to source and hire top-tier engineers (electronics, embedded/firmware, RF, mechanical, systems, semiconductor, manufacturing). Headhunt scarce, specialized talent, resolve hiring constraints (security/clearance, supply-chain), adopt AI and hiring systems, and build lightweight hiring processes and metrics.
