Lead customer onboarding and implementation projects for Sweep’s sustainability platform. Configure workflows, carbon accounting, reporting, data management, and surveys; facilitate customer meetings, workshops, training, and handovers in English and German. Manage project plans, stakeholders, risks, and dependencies while advising on sustainability methodologies, regulations, disclosure requirements, data quality, and responsible AI use. Gather customer feedback, improve delivery practices, and help customers and partners become autonomous platform users.

Lead external messaging, positioning, and go-to-market launches. Create sales enablement assets, support demand-generation content, represent product externally, and partner with product, sales, and marketing to ensure consistent, effective product storytelling.

Own sweep.net as a product: set vision, strategy, and roadmap; drive traffic and conversion through CRO and SEO; build a rigorous experimentation program; own web tech stack, analytics instrumentation, security and accessibility; lead localization and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, design, and agencies to measure and grow business impact.

Act as Product Owner for revenue systems, running RevOps like a product. Lead Agile sprints, manage backlog, design scalable lead-to-cash processes, gather requirements for SFDC admins, run UAT, document SOPs in Notion, and champion AI tools to automate GTM workflows and improve sales, finance, and CS efficiency.
