Own end-to-end features from database schema and backend services to GraphQL API and frontend UI. Build and operate scalable backend systems, background jobs, async pipelines, and observability; ensure reliability, performance, and security. Lead technical design, review code, mentor teammates, and champion testing and quality.

Lead Sweep's UK tech partner strategy and pipeline, build and activate partnerships (hyperscalers, platforms, data providers), drive partner-sourced revenue, coordinate cross-functional GTM and product integrations, run governance, and scale a repeatable partner channel to meet revenue targets.

Act as Product Owner for revenue systems, running RevOps like a product. Lead Agile sprints, manage backlog, design scalable lead-to-cash processes, gather requirements for SFDC admins, run UAT, document SOPs in Notion, and champion AI tools to automate GTM workflows and improve sales, finance, and CS efficiency.
