The Director of Business Development will expand client relationships, drive new business growth, and manage sales information in the Financial Services sector.

Act as HR Business Partner for M&A integrations, driving people strategy, leading change management, advising on employment law and ER, managing recruitment/onboarding, partnering on headcount and compensation, and developing HR policies and reporting to support smooth acquisitions and organisational design.

Lead and deliver end-to-end economic advisory engagements, build senior client relationships, drive business development, provide technical leadership in competition, regulatory or applied economics, mentor and grow a consulting team, and shape strategy and culture for a new advisory practice.
