Responsibilities include developing sales and marketing strategies, managing high-value clients and partnerships, leading and coaching the sales team, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, analysing market and CRM data, and reporting commercial performance to senior leadership.

Leads stadium and club operations across matchdays, events, venue facilities, safety, compliance, catering, sustainability, maintenance, budgets, contractors, and development projects. Oversees operational teams, crowd safety, regulatory permissions, stakeholder relationships, crisis management, financial performance, and service standards while advancing strategic priorities and venue improvements.
