Produce detailed designs, calculations and simulations, attend site visits, liaise with clients and design teams, mentor junior engineers, and manage deliverables to meet performance and energy-efficiency standards.

Perform detailed structural design and calculations to Eurocodes, prepare 3D structural models, drawings and specifications, conduct surveys and site visits, respond to client queries, support construction documentation, and collaborate across disciplines while increasing autonomy.

Lead delivery of temporary and permanent works for high‑profile construction projects. Develop design philosophy, produce and check detailed designs, coordinate clients and subcontractors, support site teams, mentor juniors, and ensure compliance with quality, health & safety and company procedures.
