Design high-impact motion graphics, animated ads, Lottie and Rive animations, and interactive motion projects for global brands. Collaborate with account teams across time zones, manage multiple projects on time and budget, support creative leads, explore motion innovations and AI-enhanced tools, and help evolve Superside's motion capabilities.

Uses emerging and generative AI technologies to solve creative briefs and produce innovative outputs. Responsibilities include analyzing briefs, rapidly prototyping solutions, testing and integrating AI tools into studio workflows, collaborating with creative and technical teams, and continuously learning new methodologies. Candidates should demonstrate strong technology-driven creative problem-solving, generative AI fluency, experience in tech-focused environments, and a portfolio or public presence showing active experimentation.

Lead concept-driven digital campaigns for global brands, partnering with copywriters, strategists, and creatives. Direct visual development from ideation through execution across social, web, video, and potentially TV, print, and OOH. Create digital assets, mood boards, layouts, brand systems, and creative presentations while managing multiple projects, customer relationships, deadlines, budgets, and quality standards in a fully remote global team.
