Assess and vet carbon dioxide removal (CDR) projects, lead project vetting processes, develop quality standards and frameworks, engage and advise suppliers, support sales/marketing with scientific thought leadership, and stay current on CDR science to ensure high-quality credit delivery.

Lead and coach a small enterprise sales team to generate pipeline and close complex, high-value deals. Own end-to-end enterprise sales, build multi-channel ABM and prospecting motions, establish reporting and CRM discipline, develop repeatable processes and playbooks, partner with Marketing/Product/Supply, and become a credible commercial voice in the carbon removal and sustainability market.

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will generate new opportunities, close complex deals, and collaborate with teams to drive sales growth focused on sustainability and carbon removal.

Build and maintain an AI-driven GTM demand engine for a targeted ABM book: capture signals, score and sequence accounts, automate escalation, personalize account-level campaigns, ship small engagement tools, ensure CRM and pipeline truth in HubSpot, own GTM stack integrations and LLM workflows, and partner with sales, content, and events to drive measurable pipeline.
