Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and Analytics Engineering to analyze customer behaviour and product performance using funnel, cohort, and segmentation analyses; define and monitor KPIs; design and analyze A/B tests; build dashboards and reports; surface trends and recommendations; and apply AI/ML (including LLM-assisted) techniques to speed insight generation and measurement.

Manage and grow relationships with existing merchants by identifying expansion opportunities for SumUp’s product ecosystem. Conduct consultative outbound outreach, qualify leads using CRM data, maintain accurate pipeline records, and achieve weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets. The role requires strong communication, organization, ownership, and at least six months of phone-based sales or outbound experience.

Manage inbound Nordic leads from qualification through conversion. Engage SMB decision-makers by phone and email in English and Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian; deliver tailored product demos; maintain follow-ups in Salesforce; track performance against targets; and collaborate with the regional team on market insights and customer behavior.
