Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and Analytics Engineering to analyze customer behaviour and product performance using funnel, cohort, and segmentation analyses; define and monitor KPIs; design and analyze A/B tests; build dashboards and reports; surface trends and recommendations; and apply AI/ML (including LLM-assisted) techniques to speed insight generation and measurement.

Own end-to-end revenue and customer acquisition budget planning for acquisition channels. Build scalable financial models, run scenario analyses, and deliver insights to senior stakeholders. Act as primary finance business partner to channel leads, perform deep-dive analyses by country/category/channel, create business cases and product-level forecasts, help migrate planning to scalable tools, and mentor an intern/analyst.

Lead SumUp’s global KYC strategy and financial crime compliance framework across multiple markets. Own PEP and sanctions screening tools and controls, develop customer risk-scoring methodologies, streamline enhanced due diligence requirements, and lead remediation following regulatory reviews and escalated cases. Partner with AML Operations, Onboarding, and product teams to create scalable compliance processes while advising senior leadership and engaging with regulators.
