Design, build, and maintain end-to-end ETL pipelines and a shared ETL framework. Write tested mapping and validation code, perform code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with product, QA, and client teams to deliver accurate, production-ready data integrations to regulatory standards.

Sell Suade's regulatory reporting and compliance SaaS to enterprise financial institutions. Own full sales cycle, build pipeline, close new business and upsell, manage forecasts, record CRM activity, collaborate with delivery, BD and marketing, and support team insights.

Support Account Executives by generating and qualifying leads via cold calls and emails, set meetings, research prospects, log activity in CRM, present to clients, and develop into an Account Executive role.

Support the Account Executive team to build and close enterprise sales pipeline: prospect and contact clients via cold calls/emails, set up meetings, research new regions, record activity in CRM, and stay current on industry trends.

Lead the Projects engineering stream delivering RegTech solutions to clients. Lead client-facing regulatory reporting implementations, define business requirements, manage and train graduate analysts, act as SME for a report family, support engineers and Customer Success, produce documentation and training, and represent Suade in regulatory forums.

Design, build, and scale backend features for a regulatory reporting platform. Own features end-to-end, write well-tested code, review peers, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with product, QA, and senior engineers to deliver reliable, accurate systems for high-volume regulatory data processing.

Lead discovery workshops, design tailored regulatory reporting solutions, deliver product demonstrations, respond to RFPs, support complex enterprise sales as technical advisor, produce solution documentation, influence product via market feedback, and represent the company at industry events.
