Supports advertising sales, subscriptions, events, marketing, and partnerships through prospect research, outreach, CRM maintenance, pipeline tracking, reporting, proposal preparation, and follow-up. The role also assists with subscription growth, event planning, and marketing experiments while working closely with senior commercial leaders in a small, office-based London team.

Support Stripe Customer Success strategy and operations by analyzing performance, forecasting results, building dashboards, improving processes, managing CSM territories, and preparing leadership reporting. Partner cross-functionally to resolve systems and operational challenges, define and track OKRs, strengthen business cadences, and develop scalable operating mechanisms. The role requires SQL-based analytics, dashboard development, SLA reporting, and clear communication with CS leadership.

Drive adoption, payment volume, and revenue for Stripe’s local payment methods across EMEA. Manage complex B2B sales cycles, build customer-specific business cases, lead commercial negotiations, and coordinate technical validation, implementation, activation, and expansion. Partner with account executives, customer success, product, engineering, partnerships, and solutions architecture teams while developing regional sales strategies and market expertise.
