Lead development of Stripe's Marketplaces product, focusing on multi-party fund flows, cross-border payouts, and platform APIs. Partner with flagship marketplaces, sales, and engineering to co-design APIs, expand currency and corridor coverage, improve reconciliation, and enable multi-processor fund flows. Drive early-access programs, validate solutions, and scale product features globally while navigating regulatory constraints.

Lead EMEA customer marketing programs: develop and showcase customer stories across channels, manage customer speakers at events, design initiatives to engage top customers, leverage AI to automate workflows, report performance to executives, optimize programs, and share regional best practices.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will oversee post-sales engagements, drive customer satisfaction, manage potential account growth, and act as an advisor for enterprise clients.
