Teams at Stord

Serve as primary liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure service delivery, manage complex service solutions, lead business reviews, audit invoices and A/R, drive operational improvements, and identify growth opportunities.

Support and maintain the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and related applications: resolve bugs and service requests, meet SLAs, manage integrations via APIs, write and execute test scripts, train users and super-users, document processes, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve operational efficiency and system reliability.

Lead implementations and launches for brands across Stord's network, managing systems integrations, SIT/UAT, WMS/OMS deployment, go-live and hypercare. Build SOPs, coordinate cross-functional teams and customers, and implement processes to ensure fulfillment center self-sustainability and profitability.
