Drive lettings performance by winning new instructions, conducting valuations and property viewings, negotiating tenancies, advising landlords, ensuring property compliance, exceeding targets, maintaining CRM records, and building relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors. The role also mentors junior negotiators and supports the day-to-day running of the lettings department.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, sales or customer service experience, a positive telephone manner, tenacity, adaptability, and a self-starting attitude.
