The Senior Flou Designer will collaborate with the Design Director to create the RTW collection, focusing on Flou design, driving fittings, managing junior designers, and ensuring successful prototype development.

Lead and inspire the Bags & Accessories design team, translate the Creative Director's vision into innovative, sustainable products, deliver multiple seasonal and runway collections, develop mood boards, renderings and mock-ups, manage fittings and specifications, collaborate with product development and merchandising, and ensure deadlines, quality and brand alignment.
