Responsibilities include highway and traffic engineering, alignment, drainage, pavement, utilities, road safety, stakeholder liaison, technical reporting, project coordination, and managing multiple deadlines. Senior candidates will also manage project budgets and competitive proposals. The role uses AutoCAD, Civils 3D, and Microsoft Office while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and clients.

Lead transport planning workstreams for major developments, delivering highway and sustainable transport advice, managing projects, clients, budgets and sub-consultants. Prepare reports, lead stakeholder engagement, win work, mentor junior staff and contribute to business development while supporting professional development and chartership.

Lead and deliver large-scale financial modelling and project finance engagements, manage teams, build client relationships, drive business development, ensure commercial and quality control, mentor junior staff, and support onboarding and CPD to maintain professional accreditation.
