Prepare reports, lead stakeholder engagement, win work, mentor junior staff and contribute to business development while supporting professional development and chartership.

Lead and deliver large-scale financial modelling and project finance engagements, manage teams, build client relationships, drive business development, ensure commercial and quality control, mentor junior staff, and support onboarding and CPD to maintain professional accreditation.

Lead and deliver specialist transport planning and development projects, providing policy, strategy, econometric, geospatial and traffic modelling advice to public and private clients. Manage project teams, bids, client relationships and commercial decisions. Communicate complex analysis clearly, support business development, and mentor junior staff (Principal level).

Lead and grow Steer’s UK Transport Development Planning practice by winning and directing major projects, delivering technical leadership, managing client relationships, securing planning consents, representing clients at public inquiry, and mentoring senior staff while ensuring financial performance and risk mitigation.

Lead and deliver infrastructure transactions advisory work (demand & revenue, commercial and technical due diligence), manage projects and client relationships, support business development, and grow Steers transactions practice across transport sectors.
