Manage B2B customer relationships across a portfolio of accounts, driving onboarding, platform adoption, value realization, renewals, and expansion. The role requires monitoring account health, usage trends, risks, and opportunities; building relationships with stakeholders up to VP and Director level; demonstrating commercial impact; and collaborating closely with sales.

Lead and transform Statista’s EMEA Key Account Management function. Own strategic enterprise accounts, renewal and churn prevention, GRR and NRR performance, account planning, expansion motions, and executive buyer engagement. Coach and develop the KAM team, establish enterprise-grade QBR and coverage standards, promote Connect and Statista+ adoption, and shape the FY27 commercial operating model, including team structure, tooling, and investment planning.

Lead and build Statista's EMEA new-business function: define strategy, hire and coach a high-performing team, implement MEDDICC-based operating cadence, align inbound/outbound/ABM motions with cross-functional partners, and drive net-new ARR and higher ACV across mid-market and enterprise accounts.
