As an AVP Equity Swaps Trader, you will support trading activities for equity swaps, manage the trading book, ensure accurate bookings, monitor P&L, collaborate with teams, and contribute to product development.

Lead enterprise-wide business controls transformation by designing and executing AI-enabled automation, standardization, and control modernization. Partner with Compliance, Risk, Internal Audit, Technology and business units to prioritize AI use cases, govern delivery, strengthen control design, and report executive-ready insights across Boston, New York, and London.
