Lead strategic relationships with major global institutional investment-services clients. Own client strategy, satisfaction, revenue growth, cross-selling, and P&L while engaging C-suite stakeholders. Coordinate global matrixed teams across relationship management, client solutions, delivery, and sales to provide integrated State Street solutions, strategic planning, operational delivery, thought leadership, and technology offerings.

Leads end-to-end testing for complex financial-services platform implementations, with specialized responsibility for data flows, ETL, transformations, interfaces, file exchanges, reconciliations, data quality, and downstream reporting. Oversees test strategy, planning, execution, defect governance, performance and automation coordination, risk management, reporting, and globally distributed teams. Partners with investment-management clients and stakeholders to validate front-, middle-, and back-office workflows and investment-lifecycle data.

Coordinate Security Master and reference data onboarding across client conversions. Gather requirements, support data mapping, testing, cutovers, and post-production stabilization while tracking risks and resolving data issues with cross-functional teams.
