Serve as a senior first-line risk advisor for European Investment Services, overseeing regulatory, operational and digital asset risks. As an AVP Equity Swaps Trader, you will support trading activities for equity swaps, manage the trading book, ensure accurate bookings, monitor P&L, collaborate with teams, and contribute to product development.

Develop, research, and deploy systematic eFX trading strategies across intraday to longer horizons using public and proprietary data. Prototype models quickly, move successful research into production, monitor and analyze live models for improvement, and contribute materially to P&L targets while collaborating with a team and leveraging ML/AI techniques where appropriate.

Lead sales and business development for UK and Ireland: own territory strategy, drive pipeline and close deals across products, manage full sales cycle, engage clients and internal stakeholders, represent firm at events, and ensure AML/KYC compliance throughout onboarding and reviews.
