Build and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, cloud and blockchain security monitoring, container security controls, dashboards, secrets and key management, and secure configuration baselines. Partner with development teams to remediate security findings and improve infrastructure security. The role requires strong backend coding skills in Golang, Rust, or C++, cloud security expertise, containerization, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and network security knowledge.

Drive liquidity growth by identifying and engaging institutional and on-chain liquidity providers. Build targeted outreach using on-chain data, create tailored value propositions, support capital deployment and yield optimization, coordinate acquisition packages with BD and incentives teams, manage key LP relationships, and track pipeline and TVL attribution.

Own the architecture and delivery of fiat-to-crypto payment infrastructure, including bank and card integrations, payment orchestration, risk and compliance decisioning, double-entry ledgers, reconciliation, wallet operations, and reliable blockchain transactions. Build fault-tolerant APIs, webhook systems, event-driven services, observability, and operational safeguards for a 24/7 platform. Collaborate with Product, Mobile, Compliance, Risk, and Finance teams while participating in production on-call.
