Chase, monitor and report overdue insurance premiums, reduce aged debt and maximise cashflow. Use X-changing systems and reporting, investigate cash allocations, validate booking of outstanding premium, prepare weekly reports, and build relationships with brokers and internal underwriting teams.

Provide administrative support to the Internal Intermediary Services team, handling binder business tasks including allocation of broker/claim messages in Eclipse, managing claims tracker and cash receipt reconciliations, preparing reports and LPAN documentation, and supporting month/quarter-end processes and ad-hoc reporting.
