Senior employment lawyer advising on contentious and non-contentious employment matters across the Starling Group. Provide legal support on employment lifecycle issues, SMCR and regulatory matters, TUPE, compensation (malus/clawback), international projects, and training. Manage an employment lawyer, instruct external counsel when needed, and work closely with People, Reward, corporate and commercial teams to deliver timely legal solutions.

Manage and optimise identity lifecycle across SaaS and bespoke tooling. Integrate systems for SSO, configure access governance, analyze roles and permissions, troubleshoot complex access issues, define IAM policies, run identity projects, triage IAM incidents, maintain high-risk systems, and provide documentation, training and remediation guidance to stakeholders.

Design, build and maintain feature-rich iOS applications for a fintech SaaS platform. Deliver well-tested, modular code using MVVM-C and collaborate across small teams to ship configurable features for global bank customers.
