Provide legal support on employment lifecycle issues, SMCR and regulatory matters, TUPE, compensation (malus/clawback), international projects, and training. Manage an employment lawyer, instruct external counsel when needed, and work closely with People, Reward, corporate and commercial teams to deliver timely legal solutions.

Provide second-line regulatory compliance advice and independent oversight across Starling’s products and services.
