Maintain and repair a fleet of buses (single, double-decker, and electric), perform depot and occasional roadside repairs, work as part of an engineering team, receive training on bus systems, and support vehicle availability for passenger services. Role is based at West Ham garage with a Tuesday–Saturday shift pattern.

Support the Engineering Manager running Lea Interchange garage: lead a team of apprentices, coachbuilders, engineers and support staff; manage daily engineering operations, garage premises and equipment; ensure compliance with health, safety, quality and transport authority standards; provide technical leadership and people management.

Lead multisite engineering operations for Stagecoach London, ensuring high technical standards, visible depot presence, strategic priority delivery, team development, HSQE compliance, and commercial stewardship across vehicle fleets.
