Lead a 24/7 garage operation delivering safe, reliable London bus services. Manage, motivate and develop drivers and supervisory staff; ensure compliance with driver hours, safety, environmental and contractual standards; resolve operational issues; manage budgets, KPIs and stakeholder relationships while promoting wellbeing and company values.

Lead multisite engineering operations for Stagecoach London, ensuring high technical standards, visible depot presence, strategic priority delivery, team development, HSQE compliance, and commercial stewardship across vehicle fleets.

Maintain and repair a fleet of buses (single, double-decker, and electric), perform depot and occasional roadside repairs, work as part of an engineering team, receive training on bus systems, and support vehicle availability for passenger services. Role is based at West Ham garage with a Tuesday–Saturday shift pattern.
