Analyze SEO, GEO, citation, and distribution performance to identify trends and opportunities. Translate messy data into clear narratives and strategic recommendations for clients and internal teams. Support reporting, escalations, queue work, and build AI-assisted workflows while collaborating cross-functionally with Client Success, Editorial, Product, Marketing, and Distribution.

Own and improve customer operations infrastructure (HubSpot, PandaDoc), ensure data quality and governance, build reporting and forecasting for retention and renewals, implement customer health frameworks, create SOPs/playbooks, automate workflows with AI tooling, and partner cross-functionally to scale post-sale operations.
