Own post-sale relationships for a portfolio of B2B SaaS customers from onboarding through renewal and expansion. Drive platform adoption, connect usage and content-distribution performance to marketing outcomes, deliver reporting and recommendations, manage customer health and retention, and identify growth opportunities. The role requires strategic account management, performance analysis, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration across Product, Marketing, Editorial, Distribution, and Value teams.

Edit and prepare brand and nonprofit newsroom stories for syndication on Stacker Connect, ensuring accuracy, style, and newsworthiness. Communicate edits and standards to clients, assess data methodologies, manage multiple stories on deadline, and suggest process improvements to optimize the editing pipeline.

Lead the reporting product for GEO/AI visibility: define methodologies, KPIs, dashboards, and roadmap. Partner with Data Science, Engineering, Design, and Revenue to deliver client-facing analytics, run discovery and beta programs, and monitor industry trends to inform product strategy.

Lead and grow Stacker's 3,000+ publisher ecosystem by setting strategy, recruiting and activating new publisher partners, building scalable partner success and onboarding playbooks, managing a team, and expanding into new distribution channels (newsletters, creator platforms, AI integrations) while tracking ecosystem health and driving measurable partner value.
