Provides second-line support for Blue Prism automations, investigates incidents and failures, coordinates low-risk fixes, and maintains support documentation. Uses approved AI assistants to accelerate troubleshooting, documentation, and knowledge sharing while applying responsible AI principles. The role also develops infrastructure, data, incident management, and stakeholder communication skills through coaching and structured progression.

Own the vision, roadmap, backlog, and delivery of wealth management platform solutions. Define user stories and acceptance criteria, collaborate with clients, stakeholders, UX/UI designers, architects, and development teams, and lead Agile ceremonies, user acceptance testing, and releases. Use analytics, user feedback, market trends, and competitor analysis to improve products while ensuring FCA regulatory compliance and strong client outcomes.

Own new business development across Polish and Czech markets, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through close. Build pipelines, conduct product demonstrations, negotiate with senior decision-makers, and exceed revenue targets. Develop consultative relationships with financial institutions, corporations, and advisors while collaborating with marketing, product, pre-sales, and client success teams. Establish SS&C Intralinks’ presence in London and travel frequently to Warsaw and Prague.
