Drive new-business software sales for alternative asset servicing solutions across asset management organizations. Responsibilities include lead qualification, pipeline development, consultative selling, client presentations, proposals, forecasting, deal closure, partner relationships, market research, industry events, and Salesforce activity tracking. The role collaborates with solution consultants, marketing, legal, product, professional services, and senior management to advance opportunities and provide product feedback.

Design, develop, and maintain automated functional and regression test suites (C#, BDD). Execute API, UI, and exploratory testing, integrate automation into CI/CD (GitHub Actions), leverage AI-assisted tools, collaborate across teams, produce BDD scenarios, QA documentation, and promote automation best practices.

Provides legal advice across EMEA, drafts and negotiates commercial contracts, manages legal risk and group policies, advises HR on employment disputes, supports third-party dispute resolution, and assists with corporate activity including mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring. The role also builds relationships with internal commercial teams and supports legal processes and precedents.
