Lead regional deal desk operations for EMEA/APAC: advise on deal structuring, pricing models, governance, and complex negotiations; support Sales, Legal, Accounting and Product to accelerate closures and optimize ARR and profitability.

Manage daily bank loan closing operations: review and match trade bookings, validate settlement calculations and documentation (LMA/LSTA), submit executed docs for funding, update internal systems, report on unsettled trades, liaise with clients/counterparties, and support automation projects related to loan closing and administration.
