The SMB Account Executive is responsible for developing new business, engaging prospects through various sales techniques, and closing deals for Square's ecosystem. Responsibilities include prospecting, managing the sales cycle, achieving sales goals, and collaborating with teams to ensure successful onboarding and solution delivery.

Lead onboarding and enablement programs for Square's EU and UK sales reps, collaborating with leadership and analyzing program effectiveness to continuously improve training.

The Territory Account Executive will drive sales in their market through face-to-face interactions, managing relationships with sellers and achieving key performance indicators. They will build leads, conduct demos, and collaborate with various teams to ensure success for Square sellers.
